Opening up the squash club

Dear [[firstname]]

Well England Squash have now issued their Covid guidance and the government has now allowed us to open the club as from the 25th of July.

The committee has met and action is being taken to write risk assessments, develop the Covid Plan and production / modification of forms. We (the committee) will convene again after reviewing everything, and finalise these various documents.

This will take time and although we would like to open as of the 25th, it is unlikely that we will be able to meet this deadline and issue you all the relevant information before that date. We anticipate that we will be able to complete everything, purchase the relevant sanitising materials and send you the information some time before the following weekend.

I am sure you are all keen to get back on court, but I would ask you to bear with us while we do this work for the club. I am sure you understand how important it is for us to comply with the England Squash guidance.

Many thanks for your understanding.

Richard
Chair
